The Doctor was a resident of Taylor Street, San Francisco. Apparently he was enemy of the Orbs and friend of the Dragon Clan.
Noah Goring had correspondence with the Doctor; he sent a letter where he related how he and his friends can save the Earth; he promised to delived an Orb card to him, with instructons to save his reptilian mutant creations from Alcatraz and reach Hell; he also warned him about Phil Cook.
Day 2[]
Two members of the Dragon Clan rescued a slave from the Transamerica Pyramid. They took him to the Doctor's House to recover.
While he was treating the slave, Phil Cook and a Ratman came to his house, killed both him and the slave.
Goring set out to meet the doctor and deliver the card to him but it was too late as he was already dead.
