The Embarcadero Fountain is a landmark of San Francisco; it consists of a structure of square tubes.
The tubes are infested by rats and bats, but Mutant Mic Stone had made his hideout inside such a tube, with a mattress and lantern. To reach this place, he had to swirl around the fountain. In his wish to be healed from his condition, he had written on a wall "Me be MAN Again SOMEDAY".
Mic Stone's lair
On Day 1, after he betrayed his fellow, he reported his failure to the Orbs; to punish him they give him a flask supposedly containing a remedy for his condition but in reality it's a corrosive poison. He headed to his hideout, optimistically drinks the liquid in the flask, and despite his hopes, he died on his mattress.
His hideout was found by the Manhunter who reached the hideout entrance and fought the rats and bats. He found his rotten body, along with the Empty Flask and his Driver's License.
