Mic Stone (1965-2004) was a volunteer for the experiments by Noah Goring.
When he was normal he had a Driver's License, but eventually was mutated to a ratman hybrid. He resided in a tunnel near Embarcadero Fountain. His biggest desire was to become human again.
Day 1[]
Knowing with another mutant that the Dragon Clan keep the Orb Alliance Viewer in the Canton Bank, they stole it and killed Tad Timov. Once outside again, they are spotted by another Dragon, who gave chase. The mutants killed him as well and fled.
Then they travel to the Warehouse perhaps intending to leave a message indicating success for Zac West. Stone however had promised to return the Viewer to the Orbs in exchange for a reward and jumps his partner. He wounded him but was unable to wrest the Viewer away from him. Mic retreats empty-handed to the Ferry Building and his partner leaves a message for Zac identifying him as a traitor.
Mic reported in that he had failed in his mission. The Orbs are not pleased, but give him a flask supposedly containing a remedy for his condition but in reality it's a corrosive poison as punishment for his failure. He heads to his secret hideout at Embarcadero Fountain, optimistically drinks the liquid in the flask, and despite his hopes, he dies.
