He somehow allied with Phil Cook when he came to San Francisco.
Day 2[]
With Phil Cook they followed a member of the Dragon Clan to the Cable Car Barn, they assaulted and killed him.
Then they went to the Doctor's House and killed both the Doctor and the slave he was examining, severing his arm.
Then they separated and the Ratman went to the Private Club.
Day 3[]
The Manhunter disguised as a Ratman enters the Private Club. They were playing a game of dice and the Ratman bet the slave's arm. The Manhunter offered them a Full Flask of urine and the three ratmen entered a fight.
